ON SITE TRAINING
All training courses carried out at customers own premises are subject to the rooms provided meeting the required standards of the Health and Safety Executive.

COURSE FEES
All course fees include course materials, light refreshments and lunch (applicable to courses of one or more day's duration only). Payment, in full, is required prior to the date of the course.

Cheques should be made payable to:
"Oxton Pulse".

COURSE CANCELLATION
Oxton Pulse First Aid Training Solutions reserve the right to reschedule any course due to unforeseen circumstances or if insufficient reservations are received. In such cases, delegates will be transferred to a later course at no additional cost. If delegates are unable to attend the rescheduled course a full credit will be given for a future one.

We guarantee a credit for a future course, minus a £10 administration fee, if you have to cancel more than seven days in advance, provided you advise us in writing.

If less than seven days' notice is given an administration fee of £35 will be charged.

CERTIFICATES
Certificates of Attendance will only be issued to participants who attend the entire course and complete the end of course evaluation report.

Certificates of Competence in First Aid at Work, which are valid for three years, will be issued to all delegates who successfully complete the course and pass the final assessment.

Please note that certificates will not be forwarded until full payment of the course has been received.

CHANGE OF DELEGATES
We are happy to change delegates upon notification by phone or post.

CONFIRMATION
On receipt of your booking form a confirmation letter and directions to the training venue will be sent to you for distribution to the delegates prior to the course.
